Chamomilla 3X Drops 25ml For relief of colicky pain and teething troubles in infants over 6 months of age. Can also be used by adults suffering from colicky pain.Weleda Chamomilla 3X Drops helps babies and young children who suffer from colic. Signs are normally repeated episodes of excessive crying, often associated with the drawing up of legs in an otherwise healthy, well-fed baby. Colic is abdominal pain caused by the intestinal contractions (cramping) and wind, and is most common during the first 3 months of life. Chamomilla 3X is the remedy of choice. In general Chamomilla 3X Granules are more suited to babies from birth onwards and the drops should be restricted to use in children over 6 months, due to the ethanol content.

Tip: Chamomilla 3X drops or granules can be used for adults suffering from colicky pain. In addition intestinal colic in adults can be relieved using Melissa Comp drops.

Ingredients: 3X homeopathic potency of Matricaria chamomilla, Radix ethanolic decoction (equivalent to 0.1g Chamomile root in 100ml). Nominal ethanol content 20% v/v.

Directions: ADULTS and CHILDREN (over 6 years): 5-10 drops to be taken in a little water 3 times a day or if necessary, 5 drops every half-hour until condition improves, for up to 4 hours. CHILDREN (1-6 years): 3-4 drops in water every half-hour until condition improves, for up to 6 doses; (6 months – 1 year): 2 drops in boiled and cooled water every half-hour until condition improves, for up to 6 doses; (6 months and under): use Chamomilla 3X Granules.

Not recommended for infants under 6 months.
